Our Machining Division offers our customers a full range of specialized CNC turning and CNC milling services. The advantage of using CNC technology not only ensures accuracy from start to finish, but also provides quick turnaround times with competitive pricing.
The new state of the art machine centre not only has rapid traverses on the X and Z axis, but also provides for C axis contouring as well as live tooling. Rotating tools can be mounted at any of the turret's 24 stations for milling, drilling and rigid tapping. We can machine parts as large as 248.9mm diameter by 548.6mm long, or bar stock to 50.8mm diameter.
Our highly skilled machinists can produce your parts in medium to large quantities using a wide range of materials.
